As careful as you are, your human hair extensions will most likely get split ends. To avoid letting the damage move up the hair shaft,
trim the ends every 6 - 10 weeks. You can do it yourself using salon scissors, or go to a hairstylist.
A: Some computer monitors display certain colors differently. However, MSBEAUTY
hair extensions allow the customer to dye the hair an array of colors they so choose.
Q 2: Why are the hair extensions I purchased different from the extensions shown on
the head of the model?
A: Model pictures shown on our website are for your reference only.
Q 3: Can you tell me why are my hair extensions getting tangled?
A: Your Hair Extensions can tangle due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, or swimming in salt water
or chlorine. Not combing your hair daily or washing but not conditioning often can also cause tangling.
Use hydrating shampoo and conditioner, or lastly, consult your stylist for further assistance.
Q 4: Why Are my hair extensions shedding?
A: Running your fingers through the hair or using a wide-tooth comb gently could prevent shedding.
For curly hair, please don’t use a small-tooth comb but we suggest combing hair gently. After washing
take time and nurse the hair preferably using your favorite hair treatment. Proper and consistent hair
maintenance will lead to less shedding. Too much heat may damage the hair.
Q 5: Can the hair be dyed or flat-ironed?
A: Yes. It is virgin hair, so it can be dyed and flat-ironed. Please be aware of using flat-iron continuously too
much heat can destroy the hair over time.
Q 6: How many bundles does it take for a full head?
A: We recommend 3-5 bundles depending on the style, length, and thickness.
